Mobile Verification

Candidate needs to verify the Mobile number by giving the application registration number and OTP received through SMS on Mobile number provided while submitting the application. Candidate can also request for resend  OTP and generate new OTP in case required.

--> How to do Mobile Verification

  1. Please copy and paste the application registration number from email you received along with application pdf, click anywhere on the page. (do not type or press enter, if you type ensure space and dash are there, Example 12601 -10001)
  2. Check your SMS for OTP 
  3. Once Data is auto populated verify, your Name, Email and Phone numbers are correct, which you provided while submitting the application. In case any discrepancies write an email to helpdesk-rect@nfc.gov.in
  4. Now input OTP code in the field and submit.        (do not tick the Resend OTP)
  5. Click the Resend OTP only when you have missed the first SMS OTP.
  6. If you click Resend OTP, you will receive OTP again and then input the same, follow the process from 1-4.
